Thanks, Kimberly - this has been a great experience. I’ve learned about how to nourish myself and cleanse without using harsh detoxing methods. I  appreciated slowing down and spending time making meals and learning about mindful eating.   Even if I was tired, it felt like a restful week and my body feels lighter.  Thank you for all the recipes, I  would love to see more.  When you write your cookbook, I’ll be lining up.
