We’re off to the Balearic Islands, not far from mainland Spain— a quick flight from Barcelona and Mallorca (both great ideas to extend your trip)! And it’s all happening in October, my new favorite month to be in southern Europe— warm and quiet, ahhhhhh, the best of both worlds. menorca doesn’t disappoint. the lower profile gem of the Balearics, is a wonderfully wild island. Boasting a rich diversity of fauna and flora, picturesque villages, and local culture, it’s a rough diamond with authentic Mediterranean charm. Located just six miles from the nearest beach, Es Bec d'Aguila is nestled on 150 acres of land at the heart of the island. Nestled in the heart of the verdant Menorcan countryside & only a 20 minute drive to the prettiest beaches and towns, this is the perfect base for us to awaken our creative practice.

THE NOURISHMENT

The meals are something to look forward to in this retreat: during the 6 days we will be having delicious, healthy and nourishing food prepared by the finca’s top chefs. Most of the vegetables are harvested right there on the property's organic farm. Every day they are served beautifully on long tables outside where you can see the moon and stars.
