There is a great longing within each of us to feel a connection and a sense of belonging, not only to ourselves but to the world. We desire to live an authentic, creative, and soulful life. “she” Retreats are about supporting women collectively and individually. stretching ourselves outside our comfort zones—expanding our pathways, both literal and neural/emotional, We have more to give and offer back into the world because we have deeply nourished our souls. After a successful spring retreat, I am pleased to offer this wonderful winter pause before the holidays. nourish, reflect, and restore as we embark on the magical holiday season and the year's end.

''Truly wonderful and healing experience. All parts came together to make it so: the place (unbelievable beauty), the food (sublime and nourishing), the people (thoughtful, wise, and open), the yoga and other movement/breathing/sound practices (Kimberly's wise guidance and oversight throughout!). I left feeling lighter in my step and warmer in my heart...

There aren't enough positive words to describe how meaningful and transformative this retreat was - for me. Kimberly shares her heart and soul throughout her planning and teaching. The food and location were nourishing and perfect for our journey. I am so grateful and will hope to attend another retreat with Kimberly soon.
